Vehicle Requirements: ¾ ton truck with 8 foot box (with tailgate removed) required for this camper. It is approximately 2,000 pounds dry weight.

Interior Features:

- Interior has been fully painted with All Surface Enamel Paint, including inside all cabinets (3 coats)

- Laminate flooring

- Three-way refrigerator (not original, slightly larger and easier to light than the original, slightly larger “freezer”)

- 3 burner propane stove (original). Range hood fan replaced with more efficient 12 volt computer fan.

- Fantastic Fan type Roof Vent over Bed new, second roof vent also new.

- Portable Air Conditioner (installed in closet, works great to cool off the space). You could install a roof-top air, but we chose to keep our height lower. Condensate drain plumbed in Pex to exit behind truck box.

- Gravity furnace with a 12 volt computer fan to push warmed air.

- Curtains, Valences and Dinette upholstery new.

- Cab-over bed area extended for a new double size mattress. Cubbies at head and foot of the bed for clothing or other items.

- Stereo and speakers installed under the bed extension.

- All lights inside and out have been upgraded to LED, including tails and marker lights.

- Portable demand water heater (original heater removed as it was leaking and not repairable). The space from the original heater was used to run exhaust out from the portable A/C, and supply hot and cold water lines and power under the awning rail.

- All window screens replaced.

- New RV Toilet

- All water lines have been replaced with Pex piping.

- Original aluminium water tank and pump system works.

- Sewer piping is largely original, with the exception that the drain has been upgraded to standard RV sewer hose sizing. Black Water Tank only, there is no Gray Water tank, they were designed to discharge directly out after the black valve.

- Interstate deep cycle battery a couple years old.

- 30” Extender tow bar to pull your boat or ATV trailer behind.

Repairs:

- Cab-over bed area has been replaced with ¾" plywood and 5/8” edge pieces to bring thickness back up to original to fasten properly into structure.

- Wings have been replaced in a similar manner, with reinforcing for the camper jacks.

- Upgraded to 4 camper jacks from the original 3 for stability. One jack is new, the other three are original but have been inspected and serviced and work well.

- Floor at entry door has been completely replaced with ¾" plywood, with additional full sheet of ¾" plywood across bottom of camper bucket (floor).

- Bustle (the fibreglass overhang off the rear bumper) has been repaired and sprayed with tintable Rhino rockguard.

- New window operators and all new window seals.

- Entire exterior has been De-Anodized and polished to a high shine (well over 2,000 hours of polishing).
