Hi, I am offering my condo for rent during the winter months, from oct, to march, is a 2bdr,2bath fully furnished, included washer and dryer, wi fi, smart tv, micro oven, toaster oven and coffee maker, park 6 steps to front door, close to every thing, convinience stores, pharmacy, restaurants and only 4 minutes walk to San Francisco beach, no street crossing, thats long term only, 3 month minimum, avilability from OCT 2023 TO MARCH 2024, RENT IS, $US800.00 each ,first 3 months next months $700.00 per month, located on VILLAS MARFIL at the ocean side of TETAKAWI boulevard just behind the luxury 20 floor building (COSTESSA) all utilities are included in rent but propane.
Sorry no pets, no smoking, kitchen without propane oven, its used for water heater and stove,and sorry about pic upside down, couldnt fix it
