I am looking for the right person to rent this wonderful 1 bedroom house, located steps away from the ocean, the location is great, walking distance to everything, yet a quiet little piece of paradise in San Carlos. I have had a fabulous long term renter but he is traveling south, so it will be open April 20th. This casita is separated from my house by the patio shown in the photos, so I am looking for a quiet, responsible person to share this space with.
