Spirit, Is a well equipped cruising yacht in the sea of Cortez. Ground tackle include, one Bruce anchor,
two danforth anchor and windless. It has one solar panel with stainless steel mounting for rail, stainless
steel stern mounted hoist, for outboard motor / dingy. Electronics included are, Ray marine autopilot,
Garmin GPS map 78series, Standard horizon VHF two-way radio. Spirit has a Avon dinghy, and a new gas
3 horse mercury outboard motor. Diesel engine is in good condition.
Other equipment includes, Installed DC cold plate, Propane stove, Wind gauge, Eight life vests,
Weems & Plath weather station, Built-in marine battery charger, Stainless steel stern mounted
overboard ladder, sump and bilge pump. Salon seats 6 in comfort for meals. Forward berth
for two, uses Queen size sheets, some fitted sheets are aboard. The saloon sleeps two and two in the
quarter berth. There is a shower in the head and a hanging locker. Come
